Don Lawson: My professional experience working with a diverse clientele includes training and body work for optimal health, injury or post-surgery rehabilitation, injury prevention and optimal athletic performance. I have served as a strength and conditioning consultant for UC Berkeley and for various athletes of all ages and status. Prior to starting The Working Body, I was a top-level fitness and human performance coach for Club Sport and managed the Fitness Department. I also present seminars and clinics for other health fitness professionals through Standard Process and Advantage Training Systems. I hold a Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, with a focus on cardiovascular and transitional rehabilitation. I’m a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist through National Academy of Sports Medicine, and a USA Weightlifting-Certified Coach.
